At Sree Krishna Niketan, we strive to provide a spiritual and comfortable sanctuary for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible, balancing the needs of our members with the operational requirements of our boutique retreat.
This policy governs all financial transactions, including long-term club memberships and short-term suite bookings at our Guruvayur property. N.B. Once GST bill is generated GST amount will not be refunded or it will be subjected to GST refund in case already filed.

7-Day Cooling-Off Period Members are entitled to a full refund of the membership fee within 7 calendar days of the initial payment, provided no stays have been utilized.

Non-Refundable Booking Fees The initial administration and onboarding fee (typically 10% of total membership value) is non-refundable after the cooling-off period.
Booking Cancellations
For individual suite bookings and pilgrimage stays, the following tiered refund schedule applies:
Full refund of the booking amount, minus a small processing fee.
Refund of half the total booking value. Credits may be offered for future stays.
No refund available for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our billing department, the funds will be initiated through our payment gateway.
