Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sree Krishna Niketan’s service apartments, amenities, and official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Sree Krishna Niketan.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services and depart from our digital platforms. We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion, reflecting the evolving nature of our boutique hospitality offerings.
Booking & Cancellation
Holiday Club Membership
Our exclusive 20-year holiday club membership is secured through a one-time non-refundable payment of ₹38,000. This membership grants specific stay entitlements annually as per the tier selected during registration.
- Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance through our secure digital portal.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a full forfeiture of the stay credit for that year.
- Modifications to dates are permitted once per booking cycle, subject to availability and seasonal surcharges.
- The ₹38,000 membership fee is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the management in writing.
Guest Conduct
Sree Krishna Niketan is more than a residence; it is a sacred retreat located in the divine vicinity of the Guruvayur Temple. Guests are required to maintain the sanctity and serenity of the environment.
Serenity
Loud music and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited to respect the meditation and prayer of fellow residents.
Prohibited Items
Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly discouraged within the premises to align with local temple traditions.
Liability
While we employ 24/7 security and high-end surveillance, Sree Krishna Niketan shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables kept in the service apartments or common areas.
Furthermore, service availability (such as Wi-Fi or Pool access) may be subject to maintenance schedules or unforeseen technical issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the pro-rata value of the services provided during the stay.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala.
